(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Tjasa Luin, CEO at Alfastreet, granted an interview to SoloAzar to talk about the company's recent participation at ICE in London, where they showcased their new V-Line, launching the new V10 alongside with the V-8. She also told us about the firm's work strategy for this year and for ICE Barcelona 2025: to continue innovating in technology in their product line to keep providing the best user experience.

What novelties have you presented at the last edition of ICE in London?

At the last edition of ICE in London, we were thrilled to spotlight our innovative V- Line, introducing the new V10 alongsideour V8. The V8, in particular, has drawn significant attention for its space-efficient design, which occupies about 25% less space than our traditional R8 model without sacrificing the size and allure of the roulette wheel. Its combination of a fresh look, solid build, and striking design has positioned it as a standout attraction for casino floors.

In addition to the V- Line, we showcased a range of other exciting products designed to revolutionize the gaming experience. This included the Verso and Wiki terminals, known for their advanced technology and user-friendly interfaces, as well as our luxurious VIP chair, and innovative Live tables. Each of these products was developed with an emphasis on superior design, compactness, durability, and user comfort, aiming not just to satisfy but to enhance the gaming experience while adding a touch of elegance to gaming environments. These novelties represent our ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in the gaming industry.

 Could you describe how was your presence at ICE booth?

Our presence at the ICE booth was dynamic and vibrant, characterized by a constant buzz of activity. We were delighted to welcome a steady stream of new potential partners who showed a keen interest in our latest products. The atmosphere was enthusiastic as visitors engaged with our innovations, exploring the features and capabilities of our new offerings. Our team was fully engaged, providing demonstrations, answering questions, and discussing our products' unique benefits to the gaming industry. It was a highly productive and energizing experience, underlining our position as a leader in gaming innovation and reinforcing our commitment to forging new partnerships. We are also very grateful for the recognition from the ICE organizers who awarded us with Landmark award this year.

In commercial terms, what is your evaluation? Did you achieve the goals proposed? Did new collaborations or business alliances emerge?

 From a commercial perspective, our evaluation of the event is exceedingly positive. We met and surpassed the goals we had set for ourselves, which is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication. The event was a fertile ground for forging new collaborations and business alliances. We engaged in numerous productive discussions that opened doors to potential partnerships, setting the stage for future cooperation. These new relationships are poised to expand our reach and enhance our offerings in the market. The success of this event has laid a solid foundation for our commercial strategy moving forward, and we are excited about the prospects these new alliances bring to our company.

What aspect can you highlight about the changes and the future of the industry? How is the company preparing for it?

In addressing the changes and future directions of the gaming industry, one key aspect to highlight is the increasing integration of technology, particularly in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and blockchain. These technologies are not only revolutionizing how games are played and experienced but also how they are managed and secured on the backend. Additionally, there's a growing emphasis on creating more immersive and personalized gaming experiences for players, alongside a heightened focus on responsible gaming and sustainability.

To prepare for these future trends, our company is actively investing in research and development to harness these emerging technologies.

When talking about new trends Do you use artificial intelligence for your products, services or user experience?

Many companies across various industries are increasingly incorporating AI technologies to enhance their offerings. For Alfastreet, leveraging AI could mean anything from optimizing gameplay algorithms in gaming products to enhancing user interfaces for better navigation and personalization and also improve marketing and selling aspects. 

What aspects can you highlight from the last edition in London? And how are you preparing for Barcelona 2025?

From the last edition in London, several aspects stood out, including the vast array of innovations showcased, the global diversity of attendees, and the deep engagement in the future of gaming technology. The event highlighted the industry's adaptability, showcasing groundbreaking solutions across gaming platforms and emphasizing sustainability and responsible gaming.

In preparation for Barcelona 2025, we are taking these insights and focusing on further innovation in our product line, particularly in integrating emerging technologies that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. We're also expanding our research on player preferences and market trends in the Spanish and broader European markets to tailor our offerings more closely to local needs.

Additionally, we're strengthening our collaborations with technology partners and exploring new business alliances to enhance our offerings. Internally, we're investing in our team's development to ensure we have the skills and knowledge to leverage new technologies and market opportunities effectively.
