BIS SIGMA AMERICAS Provided an Ideal Platform for Soft2Bet to Present its Core Offerings in the Brazilian Market

(Sao Paulo, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Nicolas Campano, Sales Director Latam at Soft2Bet, shared his thoughts on the opportunities that the firm had to unveil its strong solutions and its wide array of casino games and sports at recent BIS SIGMA Americas. He also commented about the business opportunities and expansion plans in the Latin American gaming sector.

BIS SiGMA Americas was another fantastic opportunity to meet B2B contacts and partners and deepen relationships with them. The event was a great setting for us to showcase our cutting-edge turnkey solutions”, said Campano when asked about Soft2Bet participation at the Brazilian show.

He then talked about the products displayed: “We focused on our gamification engine, MEGA (Motivational Engineering Gaming Application), which is one of the hottest products in the industry at the moment. It was great to showcase its tremendous power at BIS SiGMA Americas. Of course, we also emphasized Soft2Bet’s core offering - the B2B turnkey solution, paired up with strong Managed Services, diverse payments and a wide array of casino games and sports.”

He also participated in one of the conferences held within the event. “I took part in a panel that discussed player preferences and habits in Latin America, the importance of providing them with highly localised products that they recognise and connect with. We discussed the importance of understanding consumers’ priorities such as quick and easy registrations, fast deposits and payouts and a tailored UX.”

“Soft2Bet's focus is on player engagement through motivational engineering, the ability to drive player loyalty levels and attract new audiences and the potential for tailoring solutions to the Brazilian market and it was great to debate these with fellow panelists”, he added.

When asked about the changing regulations, challenges and trends in the Brazilian market, he pointed: “We are currently reviewing and analysing the new regulations, but Soft2Bet's compliance and regulatory teams are fast and adaptable and have the ability to implement new regulations   quickly. One of the keys to success will be understanding the country’s unique characteristics; this also applies to other markets and we have shown that we are able to do this: in 2023 we obtained licenses in markets such as Italy, Romania, Greece, Sweden and in Mexico more recently. It’s also important to remember that regulation is good for business and our platforms and gamification products such as MEGA are ideally suited to generate growth in regulated markets.”

After that, he commented about the business opportunities he sees for the company in Latin America. “We believe there are many opportunities and we are constantly exploring them with new and existing partners. One of our points of differentiation is how we customise players’ experiences and deliver partner platforms and websites that are highly localised to individual markets. This can be particularly relevant for international brands looking to enter a market like Brazil. Local Brazilian operators that have been active in the country for many years have achieved success by developing and capitalising on local cultural touchpoints and media consumption trends. International brands can do the same, but will need to establish themselves with local experts on the ground and achieve a balance between localisation and brand identity.”

“Partnering with local media outlets, sports teams and creating highly localised content is a great way to build brand awareness and trust among existing fans. Additionally, developing marketing strategies that resonate with Brazilian and broader Latin American audiences through tailored messaging, visuals and tone of voice is crucial for success”.

Finally, he talked about the expansion strategies that the firm plans to implement: We recently obtained certification in Mexico and are in regular discussions with partners, regulators and service providers to broaden our business and regulatory footprint across a  number of Latin American countries. We combine these business development steps with developing highly localised products and tech that will attract players from the countries that we target. Taking learnings from our European activities, we will implement that strategy once we have identified the LATAM jurisdictions we plan to be active in.”
