“One of the standout features was our interactive basketball court, where we demonstrated end-to-end technology that engages fans and creates immersive experiences. Visitors were able to experience firsthand how we’re using AI to deliver hyper-personalized, hyper-smart, and hyper-immersive experiences for bettors”, he said.

When asked about upcoming trends for the sports industry, said that the near future will be shaped by three major trends, which will reshape how sports are consumed, driving greater engagement and delivering a more personalized fan experience:
1- AI integration will be a game-changer, enabling hyper-personalized fan experiences by delivering tailored content and insights in real time.
2- Hyper-personalization will become even more crucial, with AI helping craft experiences that cater to individual preferences, whether it’s language, team loyalty, or expertise level.
3- Hyper-immersion will play a significant role, as technology—especially through smartphones—will allow fans to engage with content in real time, deepening their connection with the game.
