(Budapest, Exclusive SoloAzar).- Luis Sangiovanni, CMO of Fast Track was interviewed by SoloAzar during the presentation of the firm at the East Europe 2024 expo in Budapest. He commented about their AI-driven solutions and innovations in personalized gaming, and highlighted their plans to continue driving digital transformation at future events like the SBC Summit in Lisbon.

Fast Track: Driving into Partnerships and AI in iGaming

The focus on building deeper partnerships and helping iGaming operators innovate through AI-driven automation and digitalisation is at the core of Fast Track's strategy, as highlighted by its CMO, Luis Sangiovanni.

With the rise of personalised gaming experiences and the increasing need for efficiency, Fast Track's technology is uniquely positioned to meet these demands.

As they prepare for upcoming events like the SBC Summit in Lisbon, they remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in iGaming, offering powerful tools to enhance player loyalty and operational efficiency.

Could you describe the technological innovations you brought to the event?

At the event, we showcased our Singularity model, which is truly transforming the way operators engage with their players. The model enables operators to deliver personalised 1:1 experiences at scale, using real-time data and AI to deliver the right offer at the perfect moment. It's not just about automation, it's about creating meaningful player interactions without the burden of manual CRM tasks. With Fast Track's cutting-edge technology, operators can now drive real-time engagement and scale effortlessly.

What opportunities does the Eastern European region offer for the development of iGaming and your company in particular?

Eastern Europe is an exciting region for iGaming growth as operators here are keen to embrace digitisation, personalisation and scalability. This fits perfectly with Fast Track's vision of revolutionising operational processes through automation and AI. We already have several partners in the region using our platform to drive their CRM strategies and scale rapidly. The demand for tailored player experiences is growing and our Singularity model is a perfect fit for operators looking to efficiently expand their reach in this competitive market.

What were your expectations in terms of collaborating with other industry players?

We came with the expectation of building deeper partnerships. iGaming operators are increasingly looking for ways to innovate and scale efficiently, and Fast Track offers the technology to help them do just that. We are always open to working with new operators and industry leaders who share our vision of digitising and streamlining CRM processes through AI. At events like this, we're always excited to meet forward-thinking partners who want to push the boundaries of what's possible in iGaming.

What trends were highlighted at the event and how do you expect these trends to influence the rest of the iGaming operators?

The biggest trends we noticed were the push towards AI-driven automation, personalised gaming experiences and digitalisation. These trends align perfectly with what Fast Track delivers. As operators look for ways to scale and differentiate themselves in a competitive market, the use of real-time data and personalised player experiences will be critical. Operators that embrace these strategies early will see increased player loyalty and operational efficiencies, positioning them well for future growth.

What events will you be attending next?

We're looking forward to attending the SBC Summit in Lisbon. We have some groundbreaking innovations to showcase and there's also some 'rewarding' news! Our team is already working to deliver even more powerful tools for our partners and we can't wait to share these developments at SBC. The Summit is a fantastic platform to connect with new and existing partners, and we're eager to continue driving the conversation around digital and AI in iGaming.
