Have you presented any novelties at SBC Barcelona?
Yes, Uplatform’s constant aspiration is to stand out from the crowd and bring something new and exciting to the industry. Right now we are getting ready for a big release of our Casino Games Aggregator, which will channel a great variety of Ucasino games in a single integration - quality content at the snap of your finger.
Why was it important to participate in SBC Summit Barcelona? How do you see the Spanish market?
We see a lot of growth potential in the Spanish market, and there is a big demand for stable products, products that you can trust. SBC Barcelona was a strategic choice for us to gain traction and credibility among operators who already have too much hassle to go through.
What are your plans for the markets where you already operate? What is your target market in the near future?
We call ourselves a global provider for a reason- while our content is localized and adapted for almost any geo, the emerging markets show promising GGR growth. Africa, Latin America, and Asia are in the spotlight now and it’s not changing anytime soon.
What are the main challenges of the markets you are working with?
As a provider, we face a substantial amount of work to keep up with the regulatory and market trends. We also know the challenges which operators face on a daily basis and fill the gaps to adapt our product to the market demand by offering must-haves and beyond: customized live casino tables, popular betting markets, and virtual content, lightweight and intuitive native apps. We actively onboard new partners to help us maintain our niche and grow further - local payment processing, compliance, and providers. I am just scratching the surface here.
After this edition ended, what conclusion did you reach in terms of adapting your products to the needs of your customers?
We strongly believe that adaptation of the product is the key to survival in our fast-paced industry, and in this sense, direct feedback from our partners is one of the driving forces in content and service localization. Multilevel agent system for Latin America, translated and localized content for Asia, SMS betting flow for the African markets, and so on - our customers know what’s best for their audience and we make it happen.
Which events will you be attending for the rest of the year?
Since the beginning of the year, Uplatform has been on the road. From London to Amsterdam, Singapore to Barcelona - the latter brought us the Rising Star award which hopefully paved the way for many further ones.
